The phone packs 2GB of internal memory plus the possibility of increasing this by a further 32GB using the micro-SD card slot.In addition it offers pentaband radio coverage 3G data up to HSUPA speeds as well as Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi b/g connectivity.
According to the manufacturer the phone's battery will provide users with 5-7 hours talk time 450 hours in standby mode or up to 35 hours of music playback.

Although the phone is equipped with a powerful 1GHz processor Nokia 500 is just an entry-level smartphone which will be available on the market for a suggested retail price of €150 before taxes and subsidies.
